Other things to bear in mind
Spring 2025, the condominium will paint the entire façade, which means that parts of the building will be covered with a light structure and netting. This will not interfere with the view or the use of the balcony. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and for those who are affected we would offer a refund / discount once we can confirm the dates of the works.
You have a designated parking space in the sibgroung parking facilities. Your parking space is not 35. However, for larger cars, we recommend parking on the street, as the garage is quite narrow.
