Bring the whole family to this great place 10 min walk from Ericeira Vila. The house has lots of space, lots of light and as fresh interior.
This house has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), 3 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. The house can accommodate up to 8 people with two single sofa beds in the living room.
It's the perfect house for a family vacation or two families together.
From the kitchen, you can enter our winter garden with a dining area overlooking the private saltwater pool
The space
The house is divided into two floors; hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and access to the winter garden dining area and garage from the first floor, and on the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms (1 bathroom) and a bathroom with access from the hallway. At the front of the house there is a small garden and on the left side of the house you will find a cozy seating area, sun loungers, the private pool and a deck with a large BBQ
The house can accommodate 2 people in each bedroom. We also have 2 large single sofa beds in the living room that can be transformed into extra beds, so the house can accommodate 8 people. We have a traveler's cot and a changing table, a high chair, a nursery and we also have doors to the stairs. However, the house is generally not childproof, so please be aware of this.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house, garage, garden, swimming pool and laundry room.
Other things to bear in mind
As we have a private pool in the area, we will have a weekly pool cleaning service stopping by during your stay to make sure all is well with the pool.
Keep your children under surveillance around the pool, use of the pool is at the guests' own risk. Never dive in head first.
Full central heating 24 hours a day can be provided, but for an extra charge of 15 euros per day .
